Directions
- In a saucepan, mix 1 cup water with packet contents until dissolved.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 4 servings.
Suggested Uses
- Serve over potatoes or red meat.
- Mix packet with 2 cups water and use as broth base for your favorite soups.
- For poutine gravy, use 3/4 cup water to make a thicker sauce. Add 1 tsp. beef broth for extra flavor and top cooked potatoes or fries.
