Lighten up your chicken salad recipe with a tangy, Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing and crisp celery, carrot and red bell pepper.

1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt and Simply Organic Ranch Dip Mix. Stir until smooth.
2. To the same bowl, add the shredded chicken, celery, red pepper, carrot, parsley and black pepper. Stir to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. To serve, spoon chicken salad into each of the pita pockets.
