Pickling has never been easier with this overnight quick pickling recipe. With this concoction of perfectly crafted seasonings, sugar and apple cider, cukes turn from cool cucumber to crunchy pickle in 24 hours. These pickles should stay fresh in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.

Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity). Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.

Pickles should stay fresh in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
