- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Peppermint Flavor
- 1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Non-Alcoholic Vanilla Flavoring
- 2 medium-sized frozen bananas (peel removed before frozen)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons cacao powder
- Fresh peppermint leaves and dark chocolate pieces, for garnish (optional)
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes. Use a spatula to scrape the sides down as needed throughout blending.
2. Serve immediately.
NOTE In place of cacao powder, you can grind whole cacao nibs. This will result in a slightly grainier texture.
