Zucchini and Mushroom Fajitas

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until slightly golden, about 3 minutes.
3. Add zucchini and sauté another 2 minutes. Pour sauce over cooked veggies and mix until coated.
4. Simmer for 4 minutes.
5. Serve in warm tortillas.

If desired, serve with salsa, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, lime and prepared Simply Organic Guacamole Mix Sauce—regular or spicy, your choice!
