Spinach Prosciutto Quiche with Goat Cheese

A hearty and flavorful quiche made with spinach, prosciutto, goat cheese, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.

3. In a skillet, melt the butter. Once warm, add the finely chopped shallot. Saute for two minutes. Add the spinach, stirring until wilted. Remove the spinach from the heat. Spread the spinach in the bottom of the pie crust.

4. Spread the prosciutto and goat cheese crumbles over the top of the spinach.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Pour the eggs over the top of the spinach, prosciutto and goat cheese.

5. Bake the quiche for 45 to 50 minutes, until firm in the center. Allow the quiche to cool for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
