Chicken Corn Chowder

Chowder is a thicker soup, usually with milk, cream and flour as ingredients. In this healthier twist, milk and Simply Organic Chicken Gravy Mix are the base, combined with organic corn, chicken and a hint of parsley for a well-rounded flavor.

1. In a medium sauce tan, saute chicken in olive oil over medium heat .
2. Once the chicken is browned, add in frozen corn, milk and chicken gravy mix. Bring the chowder to a boil, add in the parsley, salt and pepper, to taste.

Chef Suggestion Add in a 1/4 cup of your favorite vegetables, such as onion, celery, carrots, or potatoes. Saute the vegetables with the chicken or serve over mashed potatoes for an all-American meal.
