Paella with Sausage and Shrimp
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 pound sliced sausage, like chorizo
1/2 pound medium (40 to 50 count) uncooked shrimp
2 cups water
2 tablespoons chicken flavored broth powder
8 to 10 strands of saffron
1 package Simply Organic Roasted Garlic Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 cups instant rice
1/2 pound sliced sausage, like chorizo
1/2 pound medium (40 to 50 count) uncooked shrimp

1 package Simply Organic Roasted Garlic Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 cups instant rice
On medium-high heat, warm olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté sausage and shrimp in oil. Add water, broth, saffron and Spaghetti Sauce Mix and stir. Then add tomatoes and rice. Cover with lid and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes on low.
