BBQ Bell Pepper Spread

Ingredients
3 cups finely diced red and yellow bell peppers (approximately one red and one yellow pepper)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
2 tablespoons Simply Organic BBQ Round Up (do not grind)
Directions
Sauté peppers in oil until tender.

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl. Pour cooked peppers (no need to cool) over cream cheese and add BBQ Ground-up. Stir until completely blended. Serve warm or chilled.

Serve as an hors d'ouevres with whole wheat crackers.

After combining all ingredients, shape into a ball. Roll in additional BBQ Round Up and serve as a gourmet cheeseball with vegetable sticks and crackers.
