Cranberry Bread
Ingredients
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup water
1 package Simply Organic Cranberry Bread Mix
1 cup dried, chopped cranberries
1/2 cup water
1 package Simply Organic Cranberry Bread Mix

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x4-inch loaf pan.
Combine eggs and water in mixing bowl. Add contents of Bread Mix package. Stir unitl mixture is evenly moist. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter in prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until center tests done with a toothpick or knife. Cool for 15 minutes in pan, then remove loaf from pan and finish cooling on rack.

After bread is cooled, drizzle with an orange glaze. To make glaze, mix 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup milk and 1 to 2 teaspoons orange extract.
