Baked Orange Ginger Squash

4  acorn squash
1 stick {Organic Valley Unsalted Butter}, softened
1 package Simply Organic Orange Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Lay squash skin side up in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the Dressing Mix into the softened butter until evenly incorporated. Remove squash from oven and carefully flip over. Spoon butter mixture evenly onto each halved squash and return to oven. Bake until squash is tender (approximately 10 to 20 additional minutes).
