Vegetarian BBQ Sandwich
Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups soy textured protein
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon {Simply Organic BBQ Ground Up Seasoning} (coarse or fine grind)

Directions
In a heat-resistant container, combine water and soy protein. Mix well, cover and let sit 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in ketchup, vinegar and Simply Organic BBQ Ground Up. Reheat to desired temperature and serve.
