Fresh Asparagus Soup

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 cup low-fat milk
1 package Simply Organic Hollandaise Sauce Mix
1 pound fresh asparagus
 {salt and pepper}, to taste
In a medium saucepan, whisk buttermilk, milk and Simply Organic Hollandaise Sauce Mix together. Bring to a boil. Dice asparagus tips half way down the stalk and add to pan. Boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool to room temperature and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
