Seasoned Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1 package Simply Organic Italian Dressing Mix
Directions
In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until rice is tender and water absorbed.
