Soy/Flax Chai Spice Scones (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 package Simply Organic Chai Spice Scone Mix
4 tablespoons soy butter
1/4 cup finely ground {flax seeds}
6 tablespoons water
1 to 3 tablespoons soy milk or water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour contents of package into mixing bowl. Cut in soy butter.

In a small (separate) bowl, combine flax seeds and 6 tablespoons of water. Add this mixture to larger bowl. Stir until moistened to a cookie-dough texture, adding soy milk or water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired texture is reached.

Spoon dough in 2-inch mounds onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bottoms of scones are lightly browned.
