Ranch Bean Dip
Kids love ranch dip. This one packs in some extra fiber and protein from navy beans that helps keep tummies full 'til the next meal. Your kids will love it, and you'll love knowing that you're serving them something healthy. Great for a snack or even in a lunchbox.
Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) no-salt-added navy beans (BPA-free can, if possible)
3 tablespoons Simply Organic Ranch Dressing Mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt
1 clove roasted garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Combine all ingredients and process in food processor or blender until smooth.
Serve with pita, pita chips, carrots, celery, and/or cucumber slices.

Chef Suggestions
Substitute 1 clove raw garlic, minced, or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder for the roasted garlic.
Replace navy beans with garbanzo beans for a ranch hummus!
Soak and cook dried beans to replace canned.
