Ranch Bean Dip
Kids love ranch dip. This one packs in some extra fiber and protein from navy beans that helps keep tummies full 'til the next meal. Your kids will love it, and you'll love knowing that you're serving them something healthy. Great for a snack or even as a lunchbox treat.
Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) navy beans
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons {Simply Organic Ranch Dressing Mix}
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, plain
1 clove roasted garlic or 1 clove raw garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Combine all ingredients and process in food processor or blender until smooth. Serve with pita, pita chips, carrots, celery, and/or cucumber slices.

Soak and cook dried beans to replaced canned.
