Spicy Bacon Grilled Cheese Explosion
This grilled cheese is a spicy, tangy explosion of flavor.
Ingredients
Organic Valley Butter
2 slices sourdough bread
wasabi mayonnaise
2 slices Organic Valley American Cheese Singles
dash Simply Organic Cayenne Pepper
1 slice {Organic Prairie Chicken Breast}, cooked and sliced
1 strip {Organic Prairie Bacon}, cooked crispy
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
fresh basil leaves
2 slices sourdough bread

1 slice {Organic Prairie Chicken Breast}, cooked and sliced
1 strip {Organic Prairie Bacon}, cooked crispy
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
fresh basil leaves
Directions
Butter one side of each slice of bread and place on griddle or panini press, buttered side down.
Spread mayonnaise, and put a slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Sprinkle cayenne on cheese. Place chicken, bacon, onion, apple, and basil on one piece of bread. Top with remaining piece.
Grill sandwich over medium heat until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately. Remove from griddle or panini press. Slice in half and enjoy!
