Vegan Vanilla Cake

5 tablespoons vegan butter-flavored spread, melted
2 tablespoons unsweetened, smooth applesauce
3/4 cup water
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 package Simply Organic Golden Vanilla Cake Mix
2 tablespoons gluten-free flour

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter-flavored spread, applesauce, water, and vanilla extract. Add contents of cake mix package and flour. Stir until evenly combined.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center tests done with a toothpick. Cake will begin to pull away from sides of pan.
