Spicy Creole Tortellini

Rich, creamy and delicious New Orleans flavor — once served, this dish will become an immediate family favorite!

1 package (9-ounces) three-cheese tortellini
1 package Simply Organic Gumbo Base Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1/2 pound precooked shrimp
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine Gumbo Base Seasoning Mix and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
3. In a small skillet, warm shrimp.
4. Drain pasta. Add shrimp and sauce. Gently toss to evenly coat the pasta.
