Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Creamy and delicious, this easy-to-prepare soup will bring a smile to any face - no matter what Mother Nature may serve up outside!

Ingredients
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or broth made with {chicken broth powder}
1 package Simply Organic Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes (no salt added)
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
1. Pour chicken broth into a medium-size pan. Add Simply Organic Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce Mix. Stir until dissolved. Add diced tomatoes (including juice). Bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Transfer soup to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth (about 2 to 3 minutes). Return soup to pan over low heat. Gradually stir in the heavy cream. Continue to heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until desired temperature is reached.
