One bite of these delicious vegan brownies — sent to us by a Facebook fan — conjures up thoughts of a tropical getaway.
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 can (5.8 ounces) coconut milk
In a large mixing bowl, combine Cocoa Brownie Mix, coconut oil and coconut milk. Stir until evenly moist. Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center tests done with fork or toothpick.

For a thinner brownie, you can also make recipe in an 11x7-inch pan.
For sweet-tooth satisfaction, top cooled brownies with chocolate frosting or dust with powdered sugar.
For more chocolaty richness, add 1 cup mini chocolate chips to batter.
