Deviled Eggs
A tried-and-true favorite during the holiday season or anytime of the year. So easy and delicious you may want to double the recipe.
Ingredients
12 large {Organic Valley Eggs}
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Simply Organic Mustard Seed Ground
salt to taste
{Simply Organic Black Pepper} to taste
Simply Organic Paprika

Directions
Place eggs in a single layer in a large pan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. As soon as the water starts to boil, cover pan and reduce heat to lowest setting possible. Let sit for 15 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and ice.
Once eggs are cool, peel off the shells. Cut eggs in half, and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard seed, salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
Spoon filling into egg cavities and dust the tops with paprika.
