Cheesy Chili Slow Cooker Potatoes

1 cup (16-ounces) cheddar cheese
1 cup low fat sour cream
30 ounces (10-cups) frozen or fresh hashbrowns
1/2 cup water
1 package Simpy Organic Vegetarian Chili Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons Simply Organic Parsley
1. Turn large slow cooker on high. Cut cheese into chunks and add to slow cooker, along with sour cream and hashbrowns.
2. In small bowl, combine water and Vegetarian Chili Mix. Pour over potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender, approximately 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn slow cooker to warm and stir in parsley.
