Vegetarian Chili Dogs (Kid Friendly)
Not too spicy, this meal is perfect for the whole family.
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups soy textured protein
1 package Simply Organic Sloppy Joe Mix
6 ounces tomato paste
3 Roma tomatoes, finely diced (about 1 cup)
8 vegetarian hot dogs
8 whole wheat buns

Directions
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine boiling water and soy protein. Stir well. Add Sloppy Joe Mix and tomato paste. Stir in tomatoes.
Cook hot dogs, place in bun, and spoon on seasoned mix. (Reheat mix if necessary.)
