Verde Gyros
Traditional gyros with a Southwestern kick
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced lamb or beef
1 1/2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1 package Simply Organic Salsa Verde Seasoning Mix
1 cup finely diced cucumber
1/2 cup finely diced yellow onion
8 whole wheat pita pockets or flat breads

Directions
Sauté meat in skillet until done.
Blend yogurt and Salsa Verde Mix together in mixing bowl. Stir in cucumbers and onion.
Make sandwiches with meat and top with yogurt sauce.
