Corn Relish

Sweet and spicy makes this dish great as a side or as a fresh harvest dip.

1 can (15.5 ounces) corn, drained
1  small yellow squash, diced (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 package Simply Organic Salsa Verde Seasoning Mix
In a large mixing bowl, toss corn, squash and raisins. Drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle Simply Organic Salsa Verde Seasoning Mix over ingredients and toss again.
