Baked Dill Potatoes

Gives regular potatoes great accent flavor.

4  baking potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package Simply Organic Dill Dip Mix
1. Bake potatoes as you normally would.
2. Slice in half, add a scoop of sour cream and sprinkle on Dill Dip Mix.
