Tarragon Vegetable Gravy

Ingredients
1/4 cup finely diced red bell peppers
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 tablespoons Frontier Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix
2 to 3 teaspoons {Simply Organic Steak Seasoning}, according to taste
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups water
Directions
In a medium skillet, sauté the bell peppers in the oil until tender. Add Soup Mix, Steak Seasoning, milk, and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then simmer until desired thickness is reached.
