Cherry Scones

Ingredients
1 package Chai Spice Scone Mix
4 tablespoons butter
2  large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup fresh and drained pitted cherries
2 1/2 tablespoons milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut butter into dry mix using pastry blender or criss-crossing two knives, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Add eggs. Stir in cherries. Add milk one tablespoon at a time to moisten mixture to a cookie-dough texture.

Spoon dough in 2-inch mounds onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bottoms of scones are lightly browned.
