Slow cooker Spinach Dip

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
16 ounces sour cream
1 package Simply Organic Ranch Dip
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Preheat slow cooker to high.

Place cream cheese in slow cooker. In a bowl, mix sour cream, Ranch Dip, spinach, and red pepper flakes. Add to crock pot. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes. Stir until mixture is well blended.

Chef Suggestions
If fresh spinach isn't available, frozen chopped spinach could be used; squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Serve with fresh vegetables, bread and/or crackers.

Salsa would be a great addition to this dip.
