Artichoke Pizza Appetizers

1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 teaspoons Frontier Sea Salt
1/4 cup cold butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 4 tablespoons cold water
1/4 cup oil
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced sweet peppers
1 cup sliced artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons Simply Organic Steak Seasoning
1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter. Add olive oil. Knead dough, adding only enough water to just moisten. Form into a disk shape and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

To make the topping:

1. In a skillet, heat oil. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add peppers, artichoke hearts and Steak Seasoning Mix. Sauté until all the vegetables are tender. Cool.
2. When dough is ready, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pinch off 2-inch balls and form into small pizza shapes, approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Place on greased cookie sheet. Top each round with vegetable mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.

Topping can be prepared ahead and refrigerated.
Can be made into one large pizza for serving as a meal.

Use your own pizza crust recipe or, in a pinch, prepared crust. Include other favorite veggies, like spinach.

Top with sliced tomatoes before baking.
