Keith Biggs teaches cooking classes and serves as a personal Chef to individuals in the Gainesville area. He is known for his spicy foods and unusual pairing of flavors, especially the use of cumin and ground chilies. Chef Biggs was Frontier's featured chef at EXPO West 2010 where he prepared dishes using Well Earth and Fair Trade spices.
