Trelingua Flavor Blend

My favorite blend is one I named Trelingua, since it combines spices from three different cultures: Indian, Mexican, and European.

Ingredients
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons dried lovage or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried celery leaf
3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Chef Suggestions
Use 1/4 cup Trelingua Flavor Blend per pound of ground venison or beef, then shape as desired. This blend makes the meat taste somewhat like hot and spicy sausage.
