Chai Spiced Scones (Vegan)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place contents of package in mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flax and water. Add flax to scone mix and stir until moistened to a cookie-dough texture.
Spoon dough in 2-inch mounds onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bottoms of scones are lightly browned.
Serve with hot or iced green tea any time of day. (Scones make great lunch box treats, too!)
