Herbed Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1/3 cup soy oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 to 2 tablespoons Frontier Herbes de Provence
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

Directions
Shake up all ingredients in a jar or container and pour over bed of greens.
