Mediterranean Herb Chicken
Ingredients
1 package Simply Organic Mediterranean Herb Dip Mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions
Combine Dip Mix, olive oil, and vinegar in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
