Strawberry Cheesecake Cocoa Brownies
This combination of fudgy brownies and a strawberry cheesecake topping is out of this world . . . it's berry-licious!
1 box
Simply Organic Cocoa Brownie Mix 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 package
Simply Organic Fruit Dip Mix 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
4 medium strawberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.
Empty contents of package into large mixing bowl. Blend in butter and eggs. Stir until evenly moist. Spread mixture evenly into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center tests done with fork or toothpick.
Blend remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth. (Note: Start with 1 strawberry and add more to achieve the color and consistency you desire.) Spread over baked and cooled brownies.
Decorate top of brownies with strawberry slices in any shape or pattern you choose.
Increase cream cheese to 16 ounces and either blend into the topping or swirl into the brownie batter.
