Orange Ginger Glazed Nuts
3 cups unsalted mixed nuts
4 teaspoons
Orange Ginger Grilling Seasoning 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon
lemon juice Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place nuts, seasoning, olive oil, honey and lemon juice in a sealable bag. Close and toss to coat. Marinate nuts in bag for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally to re-coat.
Spread nuts evenly over parchment paper. Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes (or until lightly browned), stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Add to Asian stir fry for a fun crunch.
Use as a topper for ice cream.
