Tagine Peach Cobbler
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches
1/4 cup
sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons
Frontier Tagine Seasoning 2 tablespoons
tapioca granules
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons
baking powder 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the fruit-layer ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an 11x7-inch baking dish.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add melted butter. Stir until uniformly mixed (dough will form small, pea-sized pieces). Add milk. Stir until uniform. Spoon dollops of batter over fruit.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until cobbler is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
