Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars
Ingredients
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup peanut butter
6 tablespoons water
1 package Simply Organic Banana Bread Mix
1/4 cup grape jelly
1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, peanut butter and water. Stir in Banana Bread Mix until mixture is uniformly moist.
Spread batter into a greased 11x7-inch casserole dish. Drop jelly by the teaspoonful evenly over batter.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until center tests done with a toothpick or a knife. Cool completely and cut into squares for serving.
