Splendid Spiced Cocoa
Wrap your hands around a mug of warm, rich cocoa to warm the soul on a frigid winter evening, a brisk autumn afternoon -- or even a cool summer morning.
Ingredients
4 cups Organic Valley 2% Chocolate Milk
2 cups Organic Valley Half and Half
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon
1/3 cup blue agave syrup
1 package Simply Organic Mulling Spice
2 cups Organic Valley Half and Half
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon

Directions
In a 2-quart saucepan or large crock pot, combine milk, half and half, vanilla, cinnamon and agave. Place Mulling Spice in muslin bag or banded coffee filter, and add to liquid mixture.
If using crock pot, heat on high for 30 minutes then turn down to low. If using stovetop, heat over medium heat, stirring often.
Remove Mulling spice and serve when desired temperature is reached.
