Caribbean Spice Rub
Flavor you'd find on a Caribbean vacation.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons ground coriander

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and use mixture as a rub to season meat prior to cooking.

Mixture complements chicken and pork as well as tofu. Toss shrimp in mix before grilling.
