Mediterranean Spice Rub
This savory rub compliments any Mediterranean dish.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons paprika

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and use mixture as a rub to season meat prior to cooking.

Mixture complements chicken and pork as well as tofu. Use to season sweet potatoes.
