Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
2 cups Frontier Fiesta Black Bean Mix (plus 1 3/4 cups warm water)
3/4 cup Frontier Picante Mexicana Salsa Mix (plus 1 1/4 cups warm water)
8  to 10 flour tortilla shells, cut in 2-inch strips
2 cups diced mixed vegetables
8 ounces shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl combine black beans and water. In another bowl, mix salsa and water.

Lightly grease a 2- to 3-quart casserole dish. Lay strips of tortillas to cover bottom. Lightly cover with 1/4 of the beans, then 1/4 of the salsa, 1/4 of the vegetables and 1/4 of the cheese. Repeat three times. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
