Children's Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1  egg
1/8 cup butter, melted
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed butter crackers
1 pound chicken tenders
 paprika to taste
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg with a fork. Place melted butter in separate bowl. Mix crackers and spices in a third bowl. Dip tenders into egg, then cracker mixture, then butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Chef Suggestions
Adult adaptation: If you are not a chicken-tender eater, tear up some romaine lettuce, cut tenders into bite-sized pieces and toss in salad. Top with dressing.
