3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 package Simply Organic Cocoa Cayenne Cupcake Mix sugar
for rolling, about 1/3 cup
Over low heat, melt butter, milk and peanut butter in a medium sauce pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cupcake Mix with melted mixture. Stir until completely moist. Form into 1-inch balls, lightly roll in sugar and place on pan. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.
Drizzle hot fudge or melted white chocolate over cookies and serve in a bowl as a decadent treat.
