Use whatever tropical fruits are available to whip up this salad. Its sweetness perfectly balances a hot entrée.
Ingredients
1/2 fresh pineapple, cored, peeled, and cut into chunks
1 mango, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
1 papaya, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
1 seedless orange, cut into bite-size chunks
2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon honey
