Shipping Info

FedEx is our primary carrier. Orders that are received by 12 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will ship the next business day. Orders that are received after 12 PM CST, will ship in 2 business days. Orders placed between 6 PM CST Friday — 7 AM Monday morning, will ship on Tuesday.

Note: We cannot ship to APO Boxes or international addresses.

USPS Shipping Option:
Please be aware that USPS Priority mail may take up to 2 weeks to arrive and USPS Parcel Post can take 4 weeks to arrive within the continental U.S., and up to 5 - 6 weeks to HI and AK. We do not offer tracking capabilities when choosing USPS.

All customers are recommended to choose FedEx.

Return Policy
At Frontier, we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.

1. Within 60 days of invoice date, Frontier will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.
2. Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Frontier before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.
3. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.
4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Coupon Codes
Please note that discount coupon codes can not be combined. Only one coupon code can be used per order. The coupon code must be entered at the time the order is placed,

Out of Stock Policy
You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.

Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it's also encrypted on our server, which is located behind a secure firewall. Also, once your order has been processed, we delete your credit card information as an added safety measure.
