Recipe of the Month - Triple Chocolate Mint Brownies
An organic chocolate lover's decadent dream dessert
2 packages Simply Organic Cocoa Brownie Mix
1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese
1 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
3 medium eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Simply Organic Peppermint Flavor
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brownies as directed and spread in a greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 15 minutes. While brownies are baking, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and extract; mix well. Pour mixture evenly over brownies. Bake brownies for an additional 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
